Best Way to Cool my GPU

Alences

The first screenshot is 1080P Extreme custom GPU settings.

The second screenshot is 1080P Extreme auto settings letting AMD software run the card. I was curious.

Third is 1080p high with custom settings.

I also had MSI afterburner on to monitor and track what was happening, but do not know how to export it or if you can. Doing a quick Google search didn't tell me how to. I saw temps at max 92C and junction at 114C during these tests. There is something up and I am guessing the thermals are bad and MSI doesn't want to do anything about it.

Open another ticket again with msi with all the evidence you have right now.

i5 2400 | ASUS RTX 4090 TUF OC | Seasonic 1200W Prime Gold | WD Green 120gb | WD Blue 1tb | some ram | a random case

I did that tonight along with 1 screenshot as that was all I could attach and 4 links to reviews showing the temp of the card in the mid 60C to low 70C range when they reviewed the cards the junction being low 80C. We will see what comes from it. I did tell them they should pay the shipping since they messed up the first time and didn't fix the issue.

So they asked me to put another card in to make sure that it wasn't the PCI-E slot which it is not, but I did anyway. I have an RX 580 and I ran it through Superposition on 1080p Extreme just the like the 5700 XT. Screenshot attached. Clearly the FPS sucks but those temps are amazing so I know its not the MOBO or the PCI-E slot causing the temps.

I've seen it elsewhere in this but flip those top fans to exhaust.

MSI closed the ticket with no response. MSI support is terrible.

Got another ticket opened and they are again asking me a bunch of stuff however, very slowly. Maybe 1 response a day. I took it further and downloaded Jing and took a video capture of the AMD performance so that they could see the temps go up. I didn't realize but in the first one I took I left the mic on and you can actually tell how loud the fans get. That is with Furmak preset 1080p setting.
