That’s less budget than I was thinking when I read “budget” budget in my reference frame would be goodwill.  Anything with a usb on it will work and they’ve been making those for a while. So a couple bucks maybe.

budget gaming perhaps. I guess I’m just a lowballer.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

The logitech G203 and 403 are the first ones that come to mind in the budget gaming category.

Here is a list of all mice according to PCPartpicker between 20 and 40$. https://pcpartpicker.com/products/mouse/#X=2077,3990&sort=price&page=1

Steelseries Rival 3 is a fantastic option in this category as well.

SteelSeries Rival 3

SteelSeries Rival 310

Cooler Master MM720

Logitech G402

Logitech MX518

Logitech G102/G203 (same thing)

Roccat Kova AIMO

Corsair Harpoon

Corsair Katar

All solid gaming mice that can be had for below $40 USD depending on your preferences for weight, shape, and number of buttons.

There is no mouse tier list, nor would such a thing really be possible, because basically all modern gaming mice use very good optical sensors (many even use identical sensors) that would be impossible for 99.9% of people to tell the difference between them, and virtually all other considerations in a mouse are subjective.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

Logitech G403 Hero is well but also that is starting with $40-45

Logitech G203, I don't like this one.

Thank you but they also starting +$40

You said price is changeable. Some of those are over $30, some are under $30. If you need to stay under $30 your options will be pretty limited.

Which, it should be noted, is still nothing more than one person's subjective opinion.

the most important thing about a mouse is comfort ... if you're not comfortable with one it will feel unnatural to grip it and play with it ... you will always find yourself replacing it in your hand and looking for the other buttons ... the mouse should feel like and extension of your hand ... the only way to chose one is to test them ...

If you are concerned about double click issue developing with time then i guess optical switches is the way to go then ... I've heard that they can't double click ...

I don't think it's impossible for them to double click but it's a lot less likely.

Any optical switch mouse is well out of his price range though.

Well since he still refuses to say what country he's actually in I can't be sure but since the Viper Mini is $30 in the US I would have to assume it's substantially more where he is.

I live in Turkey. Viper mini has a cutting price. It has just $23~ nowadays.

I will give a website which is comparing prices with different websites.

https://www.akakce.com/mouse.html

You can filter features.

You can also use that.

https://www.epey.com/arama/e/YToxOntzOjM6ImFyYSI7czo1OiJtb3VzZSI7fV9OOw==/

Use translate for understand smt. You shouldn't forget $1= 8,63TL

Well, Viper Mini is a good mouse but I use mice with Palm fingerpit so Viper Mini might be small. My hand is medium for mice. 18cm~ which means about 7"
