5700G still not listed anywhere. When is it actually coming out?

5th August was the release date. Its my first time buying something on release date. Is it normal for releases to be delayed like this? If yes then how much more do we have to wait?

I know that its on sale in india, but large majority of them are not for sale as an individual unit but only in pre-built computers. Perhaps, they will be selling individually someday.
