Laptop suddenly getting hot

Model: HP 15s ryzen 5 4500U 16gb ram 512gb ssd

 

Yeah, it idles at 55°C, the fan starts ramping up at 90°C, the ssd is getting really hot, HWinfo reports 95°C. I have only had it for about 10 months.

Also i should add that the fan made a weird noise, even when it wasnt spinning at full speed, but went away after I shaked the whole laptop lightly.

Repaste the laptop cpu and gpu making sure that the thermal paste covers the entire die since laptop cpus and gpus are direct die and not ihs

 

Use some compressed air and clean your laptop fans and other dust that may have built up inside the laptop
