Extreme Stuttering of output stream when streaming Apex Legends using OBS

Specs:

AMD Ryzen 7 3700X

DDR4-3600 CL16 16GBx2

ASUS B550-A

Radeon Firepro W7100

AMD Radeon Software for Enterprise 21.Q2.1

Windows 10 Pro 21H1

 

Game plays fine but the output of OBS is barely even 30fps, looks more like 15fps even when output is set to 720p 30fps. Encoding using Both x264 and AMF experience this issue.
