Should I buy Latest Low tier graphics card ie. 3060 - 6GB
OR
Should I buy Old High tier graphics card ie. 2070 - GB
For same price point?

They're pretty close in performance, looks like the 3060 is slightly faster for rasterization/ray tracing. It also has more VRAM than the 2070, so if they're the same price for you, then go with the 3060.

I upgraded mine from the RTX 2080 Fe to the RTX 3070. I switched back shortly after. The 3070 was noticeably slower with 10 - 15 fps lower across the board.
