Change gpu?

I have a 1650s in my PC now, BUT I can get a used 1070ti for cheap and I'm not 100% sure if it's worth changing it.

I know that 1070ti is older but at the same time it's better? Is it worth it?

Depends on how much "for cheap" is. The 1070Ti is much better, but it always depends on the price.

I can get it for about 200 USD, so it's cheaper than most gpus here in Sweden

Go for it, considering the current market you probably won't get anything better for the price any time soon.
