How do I split my screen into 4 desktops in windows 10?

I don’t want to do it the multi task way of snapping 4 programs in place, I want to run 4 full screen videos on the 1 monitor for the Olympics, well I want to do it over 4 monitors so have 16 little screens. 
 

yes it’s seems over kill, but the Olympics are my jam.
