No you can not. You can not build a new desktop for that money with those specs. Used yeah sure BUT that is not what we are talking about because then used laptops become an option too and for 250 used you can get A LOT OF LAPTOP.

Yeah did a check it's just half typed messages most with completely wrong information and not helping anyone at all. I doubt it's malicious intent but at this point they are only doing harm to other people asking legit questions.
