Worth buying ES CPU?

I found this on ebay:

As you can see it's an engineering sample CPU, and it's a lot cheaper than other i7-4770S CPUs that I can find. Is there anything I should be careful of buying an ES CPU?

I ran one for 10 years and it was a great overclocker too.

Who told you that a QDE8 is a 4770S?

 

This ES has nothing in common with that CPU. Max turbo is only 3.0 GHz.

The title says it's a 4770s... could be wrong though.
