Did anyone else found it funny their "Fresh" van was pouring smoke out of its tailpipe? Seems like an odd choice LOL

NYC has companies that do this already, I wonder if they will try to get it banned (like Walmart) to help smaller stores.

Doubt it because this doesn't really effect small stores as much since their not in direct competition. Rather, one's online and one's not

Finally my Santa hat doesn't look out of place

I was looking it as if it was a big company vs small, but that makes more sense.

This is stupid. Sooner or later we'll all start looking like those people in WALL-E. I'm pretty sure it's easier to go to a nearby grocery store than to pay extra and wait an entire day for the stuff to arrive just because you don't want to get off your lazy ass and drive there.

How is needing to take the time to drive, then manually do the simple, boring, work of picking everything yourself up, and then being forced to put up with some clumsy, slow, could not care less high school student cashier talking about who they prefer to mate with to the person supposed to be bagging the groceries "easier" than having it delivered to your doorstep? Admittedly with things that spoil fast it could become important to have accurate, possibly designateable delivery times, but if you live in a place with traffic, crowded stores, etc. (and even if you don't, really) this is a million times better.

Comments like yours really piss me off. Please do not associate somebody else's lack of some combination of common sense, will power, or intelligence with myself, and then go even further by trying to use that false claim to justify the holding back of a potentially awesome technology. Just because Joe Blow can't do some damn pushups between games of call of duty and rounds of potato chip bag gargling does not mean I am running or exercising any less that day. And it should not mean that for you either. Gyms are a thing if your neighborhood is not run friendly (which let's face it, it probably is). Also calisthenics. No weights needed. I don't want to get too off topic here, but obesity is more of a mental problem then anything else OFTENTIMES, and very rarely do people have actual reasons, as opposed to self serving excuses.

Main point, don't you fucking keep this from me, I NEEDZ IT

I think the point of this product is for those who are busy all day, and those who live in a city where it takes you an hour to drive to a store due to traffic. I also think it be pretty cool if you're running low on something at home you can just quickly scan it and not have to remember to get it the next time you're at the store.
