Help with NVIDIA Drivers

Hello!, I need help regarding with my Nvidia Drivers, I reinstalled windows 10 on my Asus Laptop with a Geforce 920MX. I just noticed a while that my laptop was kinda sluggish and checked out in Task Manager that the GPU running is from the Intel CPU (Intel HD 620). I checked the Display adapters the only one showing is the HD 620. I got ahead and updated any windows system but still not showing any Nvidia drivers. I proceeded in manually installing the drivers but then Nvidia Installer failed. I ran out of options and in need of help in solving this problem. Thank you :>

You have heaps of other non-installed devices, install them first.

Looks like you need your mobo chipset drivers installed, though you should really be able to install GPU drivers without them, might as well do that first though.

 

If that doesnt work, move on to cleaning your graphics drivers with the following and try again -

Can you elaborate what are those and how do I install them? Feel free to ask screenshot if you need one.
