Quiet for bedroom use to run Minecraft Sever etc

hello, i want to buy or build a server for my own use of minecraft server and anything but at a budget of around £100. Hope to get some advice on what to buy and look for a server.

preferably for it to have 4 cores with ram a min of 8gb Hope i can get some help.

For that budget, just get a used buiness desktop, like a optiplex 3010/3020. Its really the only option you ave.

With a £100 budget and the need for it to be quiet, id suggest you go looking on Facebook marketplace for old workstations, should be able to find something that works.

Not much budget to work with. Old business desktops are the best bet. HP ProDesk 400 is a good quiet alternative. Even comes in a mini flavor (much like Optiplex Micro and ThinkCenter Tiny) which can easily be hidden somewhere.
