Help identifying sot23 IC

Hey everyone!

My new XTAR VC4S battery charger fried itself recently, so i decided to take it apart to see what happened. On one of the pcbs there are two of these tiny ICs (possibly transistors?) that are blown. I tried googling the code but found nothing.

Any help would be appreciated!

Desolder one of the other ones and test it to see if it's an npn or pnp transistor .... you can do that with a multimeter using the diode measurement mode.

Can't find that code but it looks like a half-bridge so it's probably a N-channel MOSFET.

You might get away by replacing it with a similar device with the same pinout if you deduce voltage and current requirements.
