Yup, in fact I downloaded MSI Afterburner after turning off the computer this morning, just to check why I was getting a lot of stuttering in GTA V after that, I have tried almost everything I could, I even formatted the PC, the only possible solution was to reset my PC and then I played GTA V for like 3 hours straight without any stutters or lags, I usually don't turn off my computer, so my PC was running after a reset(The reset that the drivers forces you to do) for like 5-6 days straight(The day when I got this new GPU)

Temps are hitting 95C with 1300rpm? Just let it spin the fans even if it makes more noise. What case are you using and what case fan config?

Would not either hurt to swap that psu into something decent. White-series psu:s are in general pure garbage(not because of the efficiency rating alone) and I would not run an expensive gpu with that.

Reference AMD cards temps are shit, however I don't play like that, I always use an overclock + 50% fans in 52 celsius, that don't let my GPU pass over 65 celsius in large gaming sessions, it's just that the stock AMD fan curve it's shit, my case is a Thermaltake Versa H22

That is just not true. The new cards perform just fine considering the cooler size. It could be you picked it to show hot spot temps and then its normal but hitting 95C gpu core usually means you have serious problems with case ventilation and the card will start to clock down because of it.

oh okok, yes, the second temp reading it's the hotspot one, I also had to add thermal pads in the VRM and VRAM in the backplate, since AMD don't care about their thermals lol, usually my temps won't go over 70 celsius when I'm gaming since I never use the default fan profile
