Reviving a S2600GZ

Hi all. So, i just did the stupid mistake of putting a non-PCIe card backwards in Riser Slot 2, causing the mobo (Intel S2600GZ) to drop dead. Already tried taking the battery out for 1h, switching CPUs, RAM and PSU, to confirm that the mobo is in fact damaged and was wondering if there is anyway to revive it, by for example tracing which part is damaged and replacing it?

Its probably not worth it to fix the board. You will need someone that has experince with fixing boards to work on boards, and that get expensive fast. Id just buy a new board.

Thanks for your honest opinion. Does it still have any value selling it for parts, or not worth the hassle?
