MS Paint lags when using shapes or brushes

Hey guys, recently I noticed this weird issue on my pc, everytime I usea ms paint and I quickly move my mouse using a brush or a shape it lags. Its not really a big deal but I wanted to know if it could be just a software issue or be related to something more serious.

 

my specs are:

AMD Athlon 3000g radeon vega graphics 3

8 GB of ram (4x4)

Motherboard a320m

SSD 240GB Markvision SATA III Bulk
