Hi there!

 

I am moving from a small condo into a large house and unfortunately will need to start using wifi as opposed to ethernet due to the proximity of the modem and router.

 

My motherboard has two antenna inputs in the I/O port which accepts the "ASUS 2T2R dual band Wi-Fi". These came with my computer but I misplaced them about a year ago. It looks like you can't really order them separately. I'm just wondering what I can plug in here for decent reception?

well, wifi antenna is well standardized and you can just buy any wifi antenna separately...

though not all og them have the same performance 

anyway you might want to but some sort of desktop antenna lke the previous one you have
