PSU Dropping while playing

TIburshok

Hi Everyone

I would like to ask for some assistance regarding about my PSU and RAm

PSU 650W Seasonic Bronze
RAM 8gig x 2pcs (16gig) corsair 3200
ASUS E-Gaming x570
AMD Ryzen 7 3700x
1 aio 360 with 3 fan
3 fan Cooler master

This is my problem. My pc is crashing/stock up while playing.

Upon checking BIOS, my 3.3v rail has red tag of 2.7 to 2.9 (please check the attached photo) then I will remove the ram and put it back the 2.7 to 2.9 will go returned to 3.219,
Everything will be fine again, until in such time it will drop again to
2.7 to 2.9 while playing NBA 2k21.
What is the problem here? my PSU and do I need to buy new one or my RAM is defectives?

How long have you been using your PSU? Also, what exactly is the Seasonic Bronze PSU?

It's 650W, not 620W, right? this?

Additionally: Are you using an extension cable?

It is 620w and I just assumed it was 650 watts, I did not use any extension, everything are stock.

The voltage measurements on the motherboard are mostly inaccurate. However...

It's actually a terrible PSU. Because it is group regulated, it cannot handle cross loads properly. They also omitted several protection circuits.

Besides, the warranty is also almost over, so if I were you, I'd replace it even if it was OK.

Now I understand, I will buy new PSU, is 750w Gold is enough or better to buy higher watts for upgrade in GPU soon?
GPU 3070, 3070ti and up(if I have a budget)?

Thank you

Depends on the 750W Gold.  750W and Gold are neither make, nor models.  750W is total output capability.  "Gold" is a level of efficiency.

is there any way for me to see if the PSU is group regulated? im planning to buy 750W, but im scared it might be a GROUP REGULATED PSU again.

These information are most often not provided by the manufacturer. You can use this spreadsheet to check, though.
