Do 3 cinebench on stock, then average the score

Do 3 cinebench runs on oc, average the scores

 

The better one is the one to use

Lots of people overclock, check out HWBOT.. you can see how your scores compare to hardware like yours, and everything else out there

It peaked at 1.481V under 80% load, that's an instant fail in my book.

 

Anything more than 1.35V on Ryzen is too much, an all-core 4.7Ghz static OC should be fine at like 1.325V-ish.

If it requires much more than that to run stable, you're sacrificing the longevity of your chip by daily driving it at that voltage.
