Monoprice Select Mini Pro 3d print issue

Hey all,  

So, my monoprice select mini pro hasn't been able to extrude without skipping. 

Tried unclogging nozzle the easy way, didn't help. Tried clearing anything out of PTFE tube, it was clear. 
But when I pinch my extruder arm (relieving pressure off of filament), it extrudes slower, but stops the skipping. Anyone know if there is a screw to loosen this tension so I don't have to pinch the extruder arm for hours while it would be printing? I know everyone might not have my exact printer, but maybe some hints at where it might be? I have tried messing around with some screws on my extruder but they don't seem to release any pressure. 


Any help would be appreciated.
