Low spec gaming

I downloaded Forza horizon 4(i guess?) demo on my laptop and it kinda runs but really bad (its an i5u/940mx) and to my surprise there is no way to lower the resolution, 720p is the lowest it will go?

Is there any way to change this in a settings file or ini?  i know you can do that with pretty much any Steam game, but im not so sure about Microsoft store games…

I don't know correctly but there is a way to do it in a ini file. I saw a video where they edited it but I don't remember.

Well, it seems not possible on the windows store version,due to *encryption* must have been the Steam version where they did that …
