i guess you could get some SP120's from corsair and then spray paint the white ring green, if you do not mine doing that

I would go with @nixproducer 's idea. The Corsair fans look great no matter what color the ring is plus it would be easy to paint. Also the Corsair fans are great fans :)

Silverstone Air penetrators are pretty good, AP121-GL have clear blades with green LED's 

i believe those are for air flow not static pressure like the OP stated

Gelid Wing 14, they are Static Pressure Fans, They're a UV Green, and they're AMAZING. :D

i believe those are for air flow not static pressure like the OP stated

The air penetrators are not the best fully air pressure optimized fans but a cross between airflow since it has the ability to funnel air better compared to regular fans.

Thanks everyone! I will probably get some more SP 120's and paint them, they're in my current machine and I love them.
