i have been told to never plug in a monitor to my motherboadr, why is that and what would happen if i were to plug a monitor into it?

Nothing, you have an F CPU, if it has F after it it has no integrated graphics.

If its an intel CPU, it has integrated graphics, unless it has an F after it (for example, i5-11400F has no integrated graphics, but an i5-11400 does). If its a Ryzen CPU, and it has a G after it, it has integrated graphics, (for example, Ryzen 5 3400G has integrated graphics, but a Ryzen 5 3600 does not.)

The video outputs on your motherboard would be used as an output if the CPU has integrated graphics.
