Inaccurate temperature readings

Recently I installed a Noctua NH-D14 on my cpu.  Ever since, my temperatures on both core temp and Open Hardware Monitor are reading below ambient temperature, as low as 8C (ambient is 20C).  Bios reads CPU temperature at 33C.  What can I do to get accurate CPU temperatures in Windows?

AMD has some funny temp sensors, you're not alone

Run them at load to get an accurate temp.

It's AMD. My Sempron's other core is unlocked and it always reads as 0C, but then I look at the CPUTIN sensor and it's almost perfectly right.

It's most likely AMD's crappy temp sensors. They are most accurate at load.
