I say get a second 780, although not confirmed there is rumor of the 800 series being delayed untill 2015

As mentioned, if you're looking at doing this in the very near future, add another 780.

 

There's all kinds of speculation about the 800 series. No one knows what's what with it except (assumably) nVidia.

Well the only benefit you will get whit an 780 is that you use multyple monitors, but fps will stay the same (more or less) so yeah... idk what to tell you except that.
