is 1.388V acceptable on all core 100% stress?

For running stock it's fine.聽馃憤

Hey!

I just purchased my new cpu, it's cooled by a 240mm AIO, temps are under heavy load at about 65-70C tops. I checked the voltage, under AIDA stresstest it's right around 1.388V, kinda high (boosting to 4.6-4.8 Ghz). But when I render videos with premiere pro (paired with nvenc, GTX 1060 6G) the voltage is constantly as high as 1.44V (cpu util is about 40-50% at that point). is that normal? any help is highly appriciated.

ps, every setting is stock, nothing has been changed ever.

Yes it's normal. In high load, low current scenarios the voltage will be higher.聽 In high load, high current scenarios you'll soon see the voltage drop as the temp rises.
