Need some tweaking! First pc build q-q

Budget (including currency): 1500 Canadian Dollars

Country: Canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Digital art, 3D animation, Heavily modded Minecraft, Overwatch, League of Legends, Cyberpunk, Black Desert online, Zoom, Chrome, Netflix, GTA V and other games.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Hello! I hope you all are doing well... I am very new to all of this, so I apologize! =/

I am looking for a build around $1500 Canadian dollars. With many days of looking around, I managed to put together a build with the help of a friend... https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/user/Uginia/saved/RxRxHx

I thought it was under the 1500 dollar range until I realized that I was on the US version of the site. I changed the location and then nearly had a heart attack (The price difference yikes! u-u). I am looking for ways to tweak this build. I would like an AMD cpu and Nvidia video card (You can change if needed), and would also like a build that can look a little more feminine ( Wanted to change the aio cooler and fan color pink or keep it the same.) . I was not able to find pink or pink and white case I really like. If it's needed, I am willing to sacrifice the aesthetic for performance.

I've got a few other questions as well, but I might add them in here a bit later... Also, should I get a better gpu for the build? I'm not confident in what I chose...

Thank you so much! @^^@

As for the monitor, mouse, mouse pad, keyboard, windows license and speakers... I will buy those on my own. Those will be something separate. :^)

You can get sn550 instead of 980 for much cheaper and probably won't see much different

Change the aio to air cooler like scythe fuma 2 or nh-u12s redux

And get something like Arctic p12 for the case fan if you even need any (i think they make white version of that iirc but don't quote me on that)
