Finding ddr2 sodimm memory

eBay. Some people on sites like Craigslist might also have some. Or you could go to a recycling center and get some from old laptops. I've gotten quite the assortment of random memory modules from junk machines.

As matter of fact DDR2 memory is still being manufactured,so you can buy used or brand new.

The G.Skill F2-6400CL5S-2GBSK is a good one that you can buy brand new:

That's rather pricey for a 2GB stick of DDR2, even if it is brand new. What would be the benefit of getting that over pulling something from a junk machine?
