Issue with dropped frames and streaming with an Elgato Capture HD60s card?

Calabask

This is for a friend of mine and I've been asked to see what I can dig up in regards to this issue.

They have an elgato capture HD60s card and are having issues with frames being dropped. They have two modes of streaming right now which are using one PC running Windows 10 to stream, or with a dual computer setup where their Windows 7 PC is being treated like a console(As software cannot be loaded to it. I don't know why.), and it's linked to the Windows 10 PC through the Elgato Card through the display port. Thanks for any and all help gang, and may your frame rates be high and your temps low. If needed I can provide a link to one of their VODs where the dropping of frames can be seen.

its probably usb bandwidth starvation issue

if he is using a hub, then move it to dedicated usb 3.0 5gbps or higher port

same thing to do if hes plug it in on usb 2.0 port
