Posted June 24, 2021 Title says it all. Personally, I had been keeping it enabled just because it messed up with my cursor movements every time I disabled it. Now though, I have kept it disabled for a couple of days, and it doesn't feel as bad. I dont miss icons that often, and also feels good for playing FPS games. What are your opinions on this? When do you feel it useful/useless? 1 hour ago, LAwLz said: I am getting pretty fucking sick and tired of the "watch something else" responses. It's such a cop out answer because you could say that about basically anything, and it doesn't address the actual complaints. People use it as some kind of card they pull when they can't actually respond to the criticism raised but they still feel like they need to defend some company/person. If you don't like this thread then stop reading it. See how stupid it is? It's basically like telling someone "shut the fuck up". It's not a clever responsive, it doesn't address anything said, and it is rude. bruh switch to dark mode its at the bottom of this page VPN Server Guide
 Posted June 24, 2021 Always off. Mouse acceleration always feels bad for me, regardless of where it's applied. I have mouse movements ingrained in my muscle memory and I hate when my movement speed influences the distance the pointer travels. I think it's mostly useful if you're either suffering from some kind of disability that messes with your fine motor skills or you just have a terrible mouse with low polling rate or otherwise imprecise hardware that makes it needlessly difficult to select things on screen. Posted June 24, 2021 I always disable every mouse movement thing there is. Smoothing, acceleration, etc... Much easier to develop "muscle memory" for your mouse movement if it's consistent. If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.
 Posted June 24, 2021 I've never checked. I do bump up the size a little, so that the cursor is easier to find.
