Glorious gaming downloaded software not working.

Hey guys I just got a gmmk and a new model 0 wired....i cant even find the right download for the keyboard based on the site my serial number doesn't match any of their keyboard serial numbers and the mouse software downloads...unzipps....and then proceeds to just say waiting while it does nothing....any advice i really love the glorious gaming stuff and i really want to mess with lighting and updating. I just have no idea if im downloading the right software and how to make it work.
