RTX 3060 series runs the gamut from cards with an MSRP of $329 to cards with an MSRP of $1500+. Just saying "a RTX 30 series" tells us basically nothing about what you want, and if you can't be more specific than that than you haven't though enough about your needs for anybody to make meaningful recommendations.

In any case the cheapest 30 series of any kind currently listed as in stock on PCPartPicker is a 3060 for $900, which only a fool would pay, and any 30 series above that currently in stock would consume most of your budget by itself.

"a monitor" is also meaningless. Here's a monitor, it's the cheapest one on PCPP: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/8Tdqqs/lenovo-monitor-1453hb1 Isn't it neato? To suggest a monitor we would need to know what frame rate and resolution you're targeting, which itself would be heavily tied to your choice of GPU.

Any motherboard you buy should come with at least 1-2 SATA cables. Asking people to put thermal paste on a list for you is really something, not sure whether it's from learned helplessness or laziness.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

I didn't use PCPP that much so I have tried to make a computer in it before but everytime I post my list someone says something bad about it so I want someone's to build me a pc with everything I need to assemble the pc so I can order it

would this be a good first build

there something that can be improve

evga br is under c tier of ltt psu tier list

i think its ok but you might want to take a look at b tier

if available (we all knew damn well it wasnt) go with rtx 3060 or 3060 ti

and you didnt need sound card go for dac amp combo from schiit or other

or you can go with audio interface like audient id4

and maybe take a listen to your motherboard sound first, if you think its good then you can stay with it and save some money

Other than i said earlier, I don't think there's much you can cut, i mean you can get a 1tb hdd for now and upgrade it later if you want

Buy it on cyber Monday or black Friday may also help on some parts or

Buy things locally to "hopefully" get better price

If planned to buy 3700x and use it normally without any oc, try to ditch the scythe fuma 2, bcs 3700x comes with wraith prism, which may not be the best, but sufficient enough for normal use
