Toshiba crashes (OS)

i did a fresh install of W10 21H1 (build 19043.928) on a Satellite C45-ASP4310FL and the system gets frozen or hangs up while working. what do you think is causing this? should i go to a previous Windows? Is there any tests I can run? specs: Intel i3-3110M, 4 gb RAM and regular HDD

I would go to windows 7 and upgrade from within windows

Try to get a 20H2 ISO and install that instead. 21H1 is a bit unstable on some systems. I've heard and seen it before.

I will try Windows 10 version 2009 - 20h2 ( build 19042.631) from october last year, should i go for 32 bits instead of 64?
