aquacomputer leak shield?

Negative pressure coolant system.  The concept has been around for a very long time in other things.  There are certain limitations.  One thing it can do is detect the presence of a leak by detecting pressure change. By definition means a loop cannot be open.  This concept is older than computer watercooling.  I assume there is a reason it is not used. 

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
