Unable to boot to windows after disabling fast startup

Hey guys I need some help.

This morning my windows PC was not shutting down normally. I did some research and came to the conclusion that I needed to turn off fast startup. Once I did it shut down fine.

I have not been able to boot the computer to windows since. (Unable to find boot device).

- I do not see "Windows Boot Manager" In the bios like i used to

- I triple checked my boot sequence is correct

- I have tried with fast boot on/off/ ultrafast in the bios

I am able to boot to my windows install USB but the startup repair does not work.
I want to try everything I can before I resort to reinstalling windows

Your conclusion is incorrect. The option to disable Fast Startup was more for legacy systems or a system with a legacy hardware that causes problems. Your system is perfectly capable of using this feature.

Now I don't know what happened to your system, I don't what you did, installed, or set.

Can you start in Safe Mode?

Unless I am mistaken I don't have the option to boot into safe mode as I never get to a windows recovery screen.

I can only access the repair menu on an installation usb.
