Yes it is. The only thing that would make it better is 6400 but 80 bucks is 80 bucks.

I wouldn't mind spending a bit more if needed. I haven't been following RAM prices for years, but 32GB of DDR5 RAM for around $100 is quite surprising considering how DDR5 prices were last time I checked.
