Help with Sapphire 580 8GB

Hello,

 

I experienced a weird phenomenon with my GPU. Basically I went to turn on my PC, and it wouldn't power at all. I thought it was the PSU, but that was working fine. However, when going to plug out and plug in all the components singularly, when I finally got to swap a gpu with an old model that I managed to borrow, everything was fine and dandy. So I think it could have something to do with the power delivery

I got this GPU second hand from a private person and it worked fine for like 4 months, it's overkill for what I do anyway.

 

Is this something that you think can be fixed, or can I try anything to see if the GPU definitely died?
