If that’s under load that’s fine. If it’s under full synthetic load that’s actually really good.

If that’s idle or near idle you have an issue.

GPU under 85° is fine and as long as youre CPU is not thermal throttling (look in taskmanager, if it downclocks it is throttling) you are quite fine, somewhere in the 90° area it starts to clock down. Youre temps are quite fine if they are under load. I believe that is what those bars next to the temps are for, I suppose?

Under load that's fine, but still a bit on the hot side. RTX cards get hot. It's not bad but really shouldn't get any hotter.

If you don't mind fan noise, you can change the curve in MSI afterburner.

You can also undervolt it there, which can lower the temps quite a lot. I've seen it drop up to 15c, but for me it's like 5c difference.

From the looks of it it seem can handle the cpu just fine, and your temps is fine-ish, a "cheap" way to lower the temps more is probably to add fan or just get a whole new aircooler that's beefier,

Out of curiosity tho how much the fan in your case

That's a bit higher with triple fan card, again, rn the Temps are fine but if you want the gpu to be more cooler just tune up the fan curve if noise really isn't that much of a problem
