Can't undervolt 10400F

I wanted to undervolt my CPU, because my stock cooler gets very loud and summer + a PC heating up my room isn't ideal. So I downloaded Intel XTU, but everything seems to be greyed out... How do I fix it? Do I need to change something in the BIOS? Are 10th gen CPU's locked for undervolt?

AFAIK, the same things you need for undervolting are over clocking on Intel. K SKU CPU and Z motherboard.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

I will find your mentions of Ikea or Gnome and I will /s post.

I've done it before on CPU's that were non K and didn't have a Z motherboard. Did some more research and it looks like Intel has disabled it due to a vulnerability (Plundervolt). It looks like I can change some voltages in the BIOS, I'm trying that now.

Edit: Thermals seem to have dropped slightly, but HWinfo doesn't show any voltage changes so I don't know if it's actually undervolted or not

Just grab any cheap $25 cooler, like an Arctic freezer 33 or deeocool gammax 400, and your problem will go away
