resizable bar possible with radeon 6800xt?

I have a z390i + 9900k + 6800xt

If I update my bios and turn on resizable bar on the bios, then will I be able to use SAM with my 9900K & 6800xt or is the resizable bar only compatible with Nvidia cards?

Is it even worth it?

From what I have read resizable bar isn’t currently massively useful for gaming. 0% to a few percent gain.  It may get greater over time.  AMD set their resizable bar stuff up so that it was “all AMD only”.  I don’t know if they have fixed that or not.  Might have been an attempt to market their stuff.  It apparently doesn’t do a whole heckuva lot atm though so may be not worth even finding out.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.
