What its ganna be used for: Gaming, video editing, recording, and web searching.

What I want from it: 60 hrz monitor: Atx or M-Atx motherboard, 300 to 500 wat psu, 3.5 Ghz processor or up, at least 4 cores, 8-32 gbs of memory, (I already have a gpu ready)

This is 13$ over your budget however It's decent, the cpu boost to 4.3ghz, you've got a decent motherboard and semi-modular psu. Of course I would suggest adding at a later date more storage, and ram as needed.

OP needs a monitor. Also that single channel RAM while using an iGPU…

I mean that is basically impossible then as they are asking for a 240$ pc. Best they just go get a used monitor somewhere and add a little to the budget.

Totally. Frankly I was shocked by the $375 build, sans monitor. Off the cuff, I would have thought $360 for a PC pretty much impossible (I guess technically it still was, since it took $375). Monitor included is just totally out of the question.
