So i transfered my old PC parts into a new chassi.

 

Almost everything works.

Except usb devices.

Any display out put (internal or not)

All the fans start along with the RGB.

 

I have no idea what to do.

I've tried "reseating" the GPU 

And taken out the memory and put it back in a few times.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What are your specs? 

Did you make sure that everything is plugged in correctly? If the front usb is not working it might be that you did not connect the headers correctly. Does the system post?
