Is a CPU supposed to look like this?

So today i cleaned up my pc a bit and i saw my CPU from above of the pc and i thought it look a little bented? or a little bit too dirty can you guys be the judge of this? I want to know if it's normal for it to look like this,or im just idiotic and thats not even the CPU. i owned this CPU for about a year and a bit now

looks fine to me; you really can't see anything with that cooler on it. If the computer works, nothing is wrong.

I can't really see much from that picture.  If it was installed right in the past it's likely fine.  Does look dusty so you could blow it out to save your fans etc.
