So, probably not much of this will be a new story but here we go.

Ordered a gigabyte RTX 3080 back in November. I was told 4-6 weeks. since then I have sent many emails, and phone calls to inquire about delays and updates. every time i have been told a couple weeks, or "I don't know just be patient or get a refund." some times not so nicely. well, we have hit month 7 and I was a bit tired of the run around so i sent email. I was told my order had been cancelled. I checked my phone, and my email finding nothing from CC, but customer support said they would ask and let me know. i have now heard nothing, and have not received a refund for the card. They have gone from incompetent and greedy, to fraudulent thieves.

 

TLDR: 7 month of "wait or get a refund" and then finally finding out they forgot to let me know it was cancelled or give me a refund and now they wont answer.
