The gamers recipes

Macklemore

I hope I'm the first to this...

This topic is for the single gamer (or the not so single) to find and post their recipes that they use and have found to be quite good.

All my yum.

Just made this.

Chicken breast

Lemon juice

Sweet basil

Corn flake crumbs

Cheese ( cheddar or whatever )

Bash the breast with something ( don't ask what ) until flat.

Squirt with some lemon juice.

Smear some sweet basil on one side.

Put some slices of cheese over the basil.

Roll up the breast.

Fry for colour.

Bake in oven until done.

I don't know if anyone here knows this but microwave bacon is surprisingly amazing. 4 average sized strips in an ~900w microwave for ~4 minutes = perfection.

If it requires anything beyond a microwave, I'm utterly useless...

Ingredients

500g caster sugar

5ml vanilla essence

1 tin condensed milk

100g butter

Method

Mix the butter, milk and sugar in a large, microwaveable bowl.

Microwave on high for two and a half minutes or until the butter has melted. Stir.

Microwave on high for 10 minutes, pausing every few minutes to stir. Add the vanilla essence during the last stir.

Remove from the microwave and pour the mixture into a greased shallow tin.

Cool at room temperature and cut into squares when cooled.

Handy Hint

Very sweet, so don't use as much sugar if you don't have a sweet tooth.

Manicotti is pretty easy and awesome.

Boil shells for about 6 minutes

Line the bottom of a pan with marinara

Stuff with Ricotta and Romano cheese

maybe Parmesan cheese too cause what the hell

either ground sausage or ground beef (cook mostly first)

spinach (saute first)

place stuffed shells ever so deliciously

top with marinara

and more cheese, f*%k it

bake for like...35 minutes

21891-tsuyu-no-moto-soy-sauce-lg.jpg

I can make my own soba tsuyu but I keep a bottle of this stuff around for lazy days.

boil soba and rinse under cold water once done and drain

dilute some tsuyu with cold water

add wasabi or green onion if you want (optional)

dip noodles in tsuyu and enjoy.

another easy one to use with the tsuyu is oyakodon

cut an onion into thin half moon slices

dilute some tsuyu in a small 6 inch or so pan drop in the onions and heat covered. add in cubed chicken after a minute and simmer till chicken is cooked.

beat an egg and drop it on the chicken cover and simmer for a few seconds till the egg sets.

drop the contents onto a big bowl of rice add greens to garnish or not.

brothers green makes very easy very simple very cheap food a pair of stoners can make. if some stoners can make it a gamer can.... maybe.
