Good PC for my Mom?

Is this a good pc for my mom? It will be used for writing documents, browsing the web, general office work. I tried to make it small so it can fit in a compartment under her desk and so it wont be hard to move, but mini itx is to expensive. Budget is $400.

Not really. You can get better prebuilts. It will do the job tho.

But if you really want something nice and small. Look on ebay for some used usff systems from dell, hp, lenovo. You can basically get a i7 4th gen er newer system for 250$ and it will be better too.

Get a different cpu instead of that Celeron.

The Intel Celeron lineup is essentially a crippled chip, with typically slower performance across the board.

As others have stated, it may just be easiest to find a quality prebuilt on sale and go with that.
