Why i still didn't received the Galaxy A52 5G May update?

It was released 9 days ago in Europe but i still didn't received it. My phone is unlocked, XEH version

I presume you've tried forcing an update check and restarting your phone?

 

After that... no idea. It may be out of your hands.  Welcome to Android.

I did everything already.

Sim out, restart force update -> nothing.

Another sim in, restart, force update, -> nothing.

 

It's just annoying. I can understand a 24-48 hours delay, but come on samsung.. It's already 9 days now

Haven't used Samsung for a while, but it's common for manufacturers to do staged rollouts over several weeks.

Well if you are really impatient and want to try and break something, the firmware is obtainable, and can be flashed? However if you are running stock software I would just wait until it's your "turn" to upgrade, and do the "correct" way.

 

Otherwise, [url=https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/tool-frija-samsung-firmware-downloader-checker.3910594/]Frija[/url] will likely find your firmware and download it quicker than something like sammobile. Odin or Heimdall can flash it. Proceed at your own risk.

 

As mentioned staged rollouts are normal.
