Try having a look at the preowned and refurbished! you might be able to squeeze some more hardware into that budget.

Length of the gpu is 285 mm, the aio radiator width is 38 mm. The Meshify C only supports front mounted 360 radiators. The space allowance for a gpu is 315mm with front fans mounted. The gpu length plus radiator thickness exceeds 315mm. IOW, one of those components will not fit with the other installed.

 

Vengeance RGB Pro modules are 51mm tall, precluding a top radiator mounting.

 

I'd suggest either an NH-U12A cpu cooler or a different case. Another option would be an aio with a radiator less than 30mm thick.

Why would you look at preowned and refurbished with a $3000 budget ?

You still might still be able to find some good deals (in the context of the correct climate)
