Also, OP, a 3000G and 1080 TI is a terrible pairing and you will be heavily CPU bottlenecked.

Not a lot. Probably the same as a 3000G with a 1080, 1070 TI, 1060, or 3090. Either way, the GPU will have super low usage and the CPU will be pegged at 100%.

Just go for like an 11400 and a 1070 instead unless you already have the 1080 TI, in which case save for an 11400 and b560

Hard to tell since it was not just addition and subtraction like "oh this core i5 have 50fps on that game and this gpu has 100fps but also eat 30fps from cpu" and finding Benchmark would be super hard to impossible with that hardware combination but if i were to guess it was not very lot, like @davemc said

Precisely 163 fps max 64 min with 92 fps average.

This is really futile, even if someome could tell you, it just needs one "update" and you'll lose ~50 fps (or gain, but usually updates are loss deals)
